Externalization of the National Commercial Department

externalitationThis service consists in the total or partial externalization of the National Commercial Department of a company that orders to J.R. COMMERCIAL & EXPORT CONSULTANTS the task of establishing, making grow or consolidating its clients’ network in the Provinces or Regions previously agreed.

The tasks we make are those of a Commercial Manager or Area Manager in the Provinces or Regions agreed, and they include the following:
 
  • Definition of their clients’ profiles.
  • Identification and selection of potential clients and distributors.
  • Sending of the promotional and introductory mailings.
  • Establishment of the implantation strategy in each geographic area.
  • Continuous follow-up of the correspondence with the interested companies.
  • Follow-up of the quotation requests and the offers made.
  • Detection, control and follow-up of all business opportunities.
  • Control, motivation and permanent improvement of the sales network.
     
All the tasks are made on the name of your company and with your own corporate material.  Our company becomes an extension of your own Commercial Department in the Provinces or Regions agreed.

For all prospecting visits, Distributors’ appointing, agreements signature or periodic visits, J.R. COMMERCIAL & EXPORT CONSULTANTS coordinate the respective agendas, but the physical visit to the clients is to be made by the client company experienced staff.

Externalization of the Export Department

This service consists in the total or partial externalization of the Export Department of a company that orders to J.R. COMMERCIAL & EXPORT CONSULTANTS the task of establishing, making grow or consolidating its sales network in the countries previously agreed.

The tasks we undertake are those of an Export Manager or Area Manager in the countries or geographical areas agreed, and they include the following:
 
  • Definition of their clients’ profiles.
  • Identification and selection of potential clients and distributors.
  • Market research: Spanish and European exports of the sector to the foreign markets.
  • Market research (2): Imports of the target country (subject to data availability).
  • Sending of the promotion and prospecting mailings.
  • Establishment of the implantation strategy in each geographic area.
  • Continuous follow-up of the correspondence with the interested companies.
  • Follow-up of the quotation requests and the offers made.
  • Detection, control and follow-up of all business opportunities.
  • Control, motivation and permanent improvement of the sales network.
     
All the tasks are made on behalf of your company and with your own material and letter paper. Our company becomes an extension of your own Export Department in the countries previously agreed.

For all prospecting visits, Distributors’ appointing, agreements signature or periodic visits, , J.R. COMMERCIAL & EXPORT CONSULTANTS cordinate the respective agendas. The visits to the potential clients or Distributors can be done as better suits to the client, by their own staff alone or together with us. If required, we can do the visits alone and on behalf of your company.
 

Regional Sales Office in South East Asia

The scope of this service is to help the to generate sales for their products or services in any previously agreed countries in Asia.
 
We may provide our services under different concepts, the most common are two:
 
- The “Regional Sales Office” concept, generating sales for you.
 
- The Selection of Distributors service. Identifying clients and Distributors for you.
 
In both of the cases we provide an excellent value for money and Return on Investment (R.O.I.).
 
Regional Sales Office: This is the service concept where we add more value to you, because we will be Your Office in Asia and we will do for you all the necessary tasks to get your products sold in the agreed countries. By having an Office in Asia, the clients will have a better perception and trust about your company, because you will be a “local” company, working in their same time zone and speaking their own language. This service is medium to long term oriented.
 
Selection of Distributors Service: What we do through this service is to help you to identify potential clients or Distributors in Asia, to assist you in the selection and negotiation processes, as well as in signing a Distribution or Buying Agreement. Once this is done, then you start dealing directly with them. This service is short term oriented.
 
It can also be agreed that, once you have signed the Distribution Agreements, we take care of a periodical follow-up of your clients or Distributors , to ensure that they will perform properly.
